This group is located in the front room of the main church building.

How do you register your child to attend?
Feel free to drop your child off at the appropriate time.

What activities are there for this age group?
We have a variety of indoor activities.

  • Baby toys – toddler toys

What supervision is there?
First Steps is supervised by parents who take turns to look after the children.

Are the supervisors police-checked?
Our leaders are all police-checked.

Do the children get morning tea?
The children receive a plain biscuit and a sipper cup of water.

How can I be involved?
When you have settled into the life of KBC you will be asked to if you can be placed on the roster as a parent helper, this usually works out to be once or at the most twice a term.

This group meets in the4 church house lunge at the rear of the church property.

What time does this programme operate?
10:45am

How do you register your child to attend?
You can register your child in person by filling out a registration form when you attend.

What activities are there for this age group?
We have a variety of indoor and outdoor activities.

Indoor

  • Play dough
  • Puzzles
  • Books
  • Drawing/ craft activity related to the mornings story
  • Age related toys for both girls and boys

Outdoor

  • Playground with slide etc

What supervision is there?
We have one appointed leaders, and two youth helpers.

Our leaders are all police-checked.

Fill out a registration card or visitor’s card as you enter the registration table as you enter the hall.

What activities are there for this age group?

  • We use a large group/small group format.
  • Bible Stories / Object Lessons
  • Memory Verses
  • Games

Are the activities age related and safe?
Yes and we are always looking for new activities to keep it interesting

What supervision is there?
4-6 Adult Leaders, 1 Youth leaders and 1 Parent Helper

Are the supervisors police-checked?
All our Adult Leaders are police-checked.

We provide a drink and biscuits each morning.
