I’ve been really enjoying visiting KBC home groups over the last few weeks. It’s been great to see various groups “in operation”, and to experience the life and love and diversity of these groups. I’ve been reminded how important small groups are in the life of a church community. It’s through these groups that so much of the reality of Christian community is actually experienced, so much of the supporting and caring and ministering takes place, so much of the learning and growing occurs. I want to acknowledge and thank those who lead our KBC home groups – you have a key role in the life and ministry of this church. I also want to encourage those of you who are not part of a small group of any kind to get involved.
