I came across this prayer for Lent today …

God,

Forgive in me what has gone wrong

Repair in me what is wasted

Reveal in me what is good

At one level, this is a very simple prayer, which can be prayed very quickly and without too much thought.

But it’s actually a prayer that’s worth taking some time over … time for reflection … time for listening to God …

Why don’t you?
